- Onboarding: 21 days. Week 1, diagnosis and design: we understand your reality and your ambitions, we design the service, you approve in writing. Weeks 2 and 3, setup and break-in. Billed once, 1.5 times your monthly. If week 1 concludes it is not a fit, we stop there.
- 90 days to judge, then month to month. The monthly starts at go-live. Cancellation within the first 90 days: one month of fees. After that, one month's notice.
- Prices as shown, guaranteed for twelve months. What you see here is what you pay, at signing and in month twelve.
- The hardware is ours. Supplied, installed at your premises, taken back at the end, wiped and redeployed.
- Your Microsoft 365 licenses stay yours. You buy them direct; we administer them by delegation. The accounts and their content belong to you.
- Included for everyone : the Sunday weekly report, overnight surveillance, a human who reads the flags. A 30-minute quarterly conversation for clients with the Ledger.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if we cancel?
Within the first 90 days, one month of fees is due. After that, one month's notice, effective at the end of the following month. The hardware comes back to us; your Memory and logs are handed to you in a structured format (JSON and PDF).
Can we remove a service later?
Yes, with one month's notice and no penalty. Your monthly goes back to the sum of what you keep.
Are there per-user fees?
No. You pay for the work taken over, not for the number of people who benefit.
Will our Microsoft 365 licenses cost more?
No. You buy them direct, at Microsoft's price, including the license for Avelle's account in your tenant. We administer by delegation, with no password sharing.
Will the AI cost us more at scale?
No. The monthly is fixed. Everything we use behind the scenes is included. If our costs changed significantly, you would know in advance, at your annual renewal.
What does onboarding include?
The 21 days: the diagnosis-and-design week, the hardware installed on your premises, the setup of each service you chose, the rules you approve in writing, the break-in. And what a new client inherits from the ones before: every defect found at one client became a guard at the next.
What about privacy law?
Your data stays on your hardware, on your premises, in your Microsoft tenant. Nothing in a cloud of ours. We access as a vendor, never as an owner. Avelle is designed for Law 25, PIPEDA, GDPR and CCPA.
Where does my data go?
On your Avelle, on your premises, in your Microsoft 365. To write, the necessary text is sent to an inference provider named in our privacy policy, never used for training, deleted within 30 days; what Avelle doesn’t read (SIN, health card, medical, passwords) never leaves, and neither does the banking data from your payment reconciliation: that reconciliation uses no model. A large share of the work uses no model at all.
